Shipping is FREE for all orders over 120USD. Shipping costs will apply to all orders under 120USD, and will be added at checkout. See full shipping details here.
It depends on where you are. For local orders, it takes 1-2 business days to be delivered AFTER the order is processed.* For international orders, depending on the shipping method, it takes 2-3 business days or 2-4 weeks to be delivered AFTER the order is processed.
*Processing Time: The length of time between when an item is ordered and paid for and when it is ready for shipment. Please note that the processing time for each product varies.
An invoice will be sent to your email after the order is placed which will include the date your order is scheduled to leave our studio for shipment. The shipping date will always be within the processing time period stated in the description of each product.
Currently, we do not have a physical store. We are online based operating from Mandeville, Jamaica.
For local deliveries we use Jamaica Post (ZIP MAIL) for pick up at the Post Office and Tara Courier Services for door to door deliveries. For international shipping we use Jamaica Post (AIRMAIL) and DHL.
We do not offer pickups at our studio. Only deliveries are offered at this time.
Yes, we deliver to residential and business addresses.
You do not need a credit card to order online. You also have the option of making payment via National Commercial Bank or Bank of Nova Scotia by selecting our "Local (Jamaica) Bank Deposit / Online Transfer" option during Checkout. Once your order is complete, the order confirmation page will include our banking information. An invoice will also be sent to your email containing our bank account information and instructions.
Once the payment has been made, simply provide us with the depositors’ name, the DC/Transaction Number and the amount paid. This will allow us to confirm your payment in real time using internet banking.
Orders are valid for 24 hours and will be canceled if the payment is not received within this time period. If the payment is not received, a notification of cancellation will be sent via email.

Payment/Billing: If paying with a credit/visadebit card or Paypal, the name, billing and shipping address on the order must match the name and billing address on that card or Paypal account.
