I am in Jamaica. Do I have to use a credit card to order online?
You do not need a credit card to order online. You have the option of making payment via National Commercial Bank or Bank of Nova Scotia by selecting our "Local (Jamaica) Bank Deposit / Online Transfer" option. This payment option can be selected during Checkout. Once your order is complete, the order confirmation page will include our banking information. An invoice will also be sent to your email containing our bank account information and instructions.
I just placed an order! When will it be delivered?
An invoice will be sent to your email after the order is placed which will include the delivery date. For customers paying via Bank Deposit / Transfer, kindly note that the delivery date stated on the invoice is only guaranteed if payment is made on the due date stated in the email.
How will Siwatu Jewelry confirm that I have made the payment to their bank account?
Once the payment has been made, simply provide us with the depositors’ name, the DC/Transaction Number and the amount paid. This will allow us to confirm your payment in real time using internet banking.
I placed an order last week but was unable to make the payment. Is my order still valid?
Orders are valid for 24 hours and will be cancelled if the payment is not received within this time period. If the payment is not received, a notification of cancellation will be sent via email.

Payment/Billing: If paying with a credit/visadebit card or Paypal, the name, billing and shipping address on the order must match the name and billing address on that card or Paypal account.

How do I place my order on siwatujewelry.com?
-Add the items you would like to order to your Shopping Bag by selecting ADD TO BAG. If you would like to change the quantity, the option is provided in the Shopping Bag
-Once you have added all the items you would like to order, select CHECKOUT.
-Enter your contact information and select CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD.
-Select the shipping option that applies to you and then select CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD.
-Select your payment option. If you are paying with a credit card, select "PayPal" then "Complete Order". This will take you to a new page. Select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". Enter card information then select "Pay Now"
-Check to ensure all the information entered is accurate and select COMPLETE ORDER. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
-An email will be sent with the tracking number when the order has been shipped.
How do I use a Discount Code?
After proceeding to CHECKOUT, enter the discount code in the text box titled Discount and select Apply. Discounts are only applicable to orders placed on siwatujewelry.com

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Shipping Time: The period taken by the shipping company to deliver your package AFTER your item has been processed.
Processing Time: The length of time between when an item is ordered and paid for and when it is ready for shipment.
Please note that the processing time for each product varies.
For local orders, it takes 1-2 business days to be delivered AFTER the order is processed.
For international orders, depending on the shipping method, it takes 1-3 business days, 3-5 business days or 2-4 weeks to be delivered AFTER the order is processed.
Where is your store located?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. We are completely online based.
Do you offer pick ups?
We don't offer pickups. Only deliveries are offered at this time.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we deliver to residential and business addresses.
