It depends on where you are. - For local orders, it takes 1-2 AFTER the order is processed. - For international orders, it takes 2-5 business days AFTER the order is processed.
*Processing Time: The length of time between when an item is ordered and paid for and when it is ready for shipment. Our general processing time is 7-9 business days.
An invoice will be sent to your email after the order is placed which will include the date your order is scheduled to leave our studio for shipment. The shipping date will always be within the processing time stated above or earlier.
Currently, we do not have a physical store. We are online based operating from Mandeville, Jamaica.
We do not offer pickups at our studio. Only deliveries are offered at this time.

You do not need a credit card to order online. You also have the option of making payment via National Commercial Bank or Bank of Nova Scotia by selecting our "Local (Jamaica) Bank Deposit / Online Transfer" option during Checkout. Once your order is complete, the order confirmation page will include our banking information. An invoice will also be sent to your email containing our bank account information and instructions.
Once the payment has been made, simply provide us with the depositors’ name, the DC/Transaction Number and the amount paid. This will allow us to confirm your payment in real time using internet banking.
Orders are valid for 24 hours and will be canceled if the payment is not received within this time period. If the payment is not received, a notification of cancellation will be sent via email.
